Meeting Reservations

RSVP by e-mailing Prowomensforum@aol.com, registering using the form below, or by calling 859-233-1171. Member cost, $25; guests, $29. If you need a receipt please note that with the reservation. If you are bringing a guest include their company, address, and e-mail address if possible.

PWF meets 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the first Wednesday of every month

Reservations close at 5 p.m. on the Friday before the luncheon.
No reservations/cancellations for lunch will be accepted after Friday at 5:00 p.m.

In the event that a member/guest would like to attend a luncheon, but was unable to make a reservation, you are welcome to check in at the registration desk on the day of the meeting to see if you can take the place of a “no show”. (This will require you to wait until 11:45 a.m. to see if any reservations have become available.) Because the meeting facility requires that no one be seated without a lunch, there is a possibility that a member/guest could be turned away after you have waited until 11:45. Thanks for your cooperation!

The meeting facility charges PWF based on the number of reservations we guarantee in advance. A cancellation notice is required by Monday, 10:00 a.m, prior to the Wednesday meeting, to avoid being charged for a reservation.
