Meeting Reservations

In the event of more than one guest, simply email PWF with the info. Email PWF with questions or if you have problems with the above form.

RSVP by e-mailing Prowomensforum@aol.com, registering using the form below, or by calling 859-233-1171. Member cost, $26; guests, $30. If you need a receipt please note that with the reservation. If you are bringing a guest include their company, address, and e-mail address if possible.

PWF meets 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the first Wednesday of every month

Reservations close at 5 p.m. on the Friday before the luncheon.
No reservations/cancellations for lunch will be accepted after Friday at 5:00 p.m.

In the event that a member/guest would like to attend a luncheon, but was unable to make a reservation, you are welcome to check in at the registration desk on the day of the meeting to see if you can take the place of a “no show”. (This will require you to wait until 11:45 a.m. to see if any reservations have become available.) Because the meeting facility requires that no one be seated without a lunch, there is a possibility that a member/guest could be turned away after you have waited until 11:45. Thanks for your cooperation!

The meeting facility charges PWF based on the number of reservations we guarantee in advance. A cancellation notice is required by Monday, 10:00 a.m, prior to the Wednesday meeting, to avoid being charged for a reservation.
